Chalet Utsu was born from our shared vision — French and Finnish, partners in life and in business. Our passion for hospitality brought us together in 2022, when we founded AR Lifestyle, and since then, the desire to create meaningful, personal experiences has guided every step of our journey.

Chalet Utsu is a privately operated luxury chalet in Levi, Finnish Lapland, designed for travelers who value discretion, space, and highly personalized service. Fully staffed and available exclusively for private use, the chalet blends refined Nordic design with immediate access to Arctic wilderness. Managed by AR Lifestyle, each stay is curated end-to-end — from private chefs to tailored winter experiences — ensuring a seamless and deeply personal retreat.
Nestled in Utsuvaara and spanning 300 m², the property accommodates 8–10 guests across five elegant bedrooms and bathrooms, offering a rare balance of seclusion, comfort, and proximity to Levi’s pristine landscapes.
